Allocation Policy R&B Wonen

R&B Wonen is the largest social housing organisation in Reimerswaal and Borsele. Are you looking for a rented dwelling? Our website www.renbwonen.nl makes your search a lot easier. You can registrate yourself for free (click here). Make sure that your address and telephone number are correct, so we can approach you when you are selected for a rented dwelling. After your registration is confirmed, you can sign in at www.renbwonen.nl and take a look at our supply of housing. It is also possible to registrate yourself by filling in a paper form. You can contact us to send you this or you can fill it in at our office.

 

When and how to respond?

You can find an overview with the supply of housing every Thursday on our website www.renbwonen.nl.

If there's a rented dwelling which you prefer (with a maximum of 3 houses per week), please follow the steps below:

-          Sign in with the 'inloggen'button at www.renbwonen.nl

-          Go to: 'woningzoekende' and then 'actueel aanbod'

-          Is there a rented dwelling you want to react to? Click the 'reageren'button.

-          You can do this with a maximum of 3 houses per week

 

R&B Wonen assigns the supply of housing in conformity with below Point-system:

 

Age

• From 18-28 years, for each year one point   [maximum: 10 points]
• From 60-75 years, for each year one point   [maximum: 25 points]

Binding

• Social binding
  (born, lived in the region of Bevelanden for 1 year or family in this region)   [maximum: 12 points]
• Economic binding; lives outside region   [maximum: 12 points]

Works in the region of Bevelanden

• Travel distance to work is more than 100 km   [maximum: 24 points]

Waiting time

• For each edition of new rented dwelling one point   [maximum: 72 points]
